About Awana
Who are we?
Awana is a global, non-denominational Christian organization active in over 62,000 churches worldwide, reaching more than 5 million children and youth each week. In the Arab world, including Egypt, Awana operates in 550+ churches, focusing on equipping current volunteers, parents, and church leaders.
The program’s goal is to engage young people with the gospel and train them continuously in the Word of God, fostering impactful leaders through enjoyable, creative methods suited to this generation’s needs.
